Please be informed that Microsoft has discontinued the Microsoft 365 A1 Plus for Education license, and student accounts have been transitioned to Microsoft 365 A1, as announced by infosec@usm.my on 16 July 2024 titled “Announcement Regarding the Transition of Microsoft 365 A1 Plus for Education to Microsoft 365 A1 License for USM Student Accounts”. Kindly note that the Microsoft 365 A1 package does not include licenses for installing Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office 365 on user devices. As alternative solutions, you may consider the following: PTD provides installation services for Microsoft Office 2019 KMS, which must be activated and used within the USMNet network (USMSecure/wired). You may also use Google Workspace for Education as an alternative platform.
